Perfect for headaches associated with blood pressure or anxiety.
1 Aromatherapy Inhaler
1 5ml amber glass bottle with orifice
Directions: Add the following to the empty 5ml amber glass bottle with orifice:
20 drops of Lavender
15 drops of Geranium
10 drops of Sweet Marjoram
2 drops of Petitgrain Bigrade
Place the lid on the cap and apply a label that states the oils in the blend and the date. Gently shake. Disassemble your aromatherapy inhaler and fill the wick as full as you can with the blend. You may get up to 20 drops in there, but you may not. You also may want to go ahead and make two of these at once. Reassemble inhaler. Label your inhaler so that you'll know what's in it.
Insert the inhaler into your nose and inhale. Can you feel it? The molecules flow through the air directly to your brain. This complex floral blend is known to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, blood pressure and even stress hormone cortisol. This is a fantastic blend to use right before bed because it calms racing thoughts in the mind and is a nervine sedative. It is safe to use lying down. This blend is also fantastic in the diffuser.
Caution: Do not use if you have low blood pressure. This blend could be used leaving out the Sweet Marjoram in people with low blood pressure.
