I wanted to share my favorite sick day diffuser blend with everyone. It is so simple, inexpensive, yet profoundly effective. This is perfect for sinus/upper-respritory issues. I've seen other companies market a similar blend to be used in capsules, but I would not recommend that at all. The perfect way to use this is with a diffuser. The particles go directly up your nose and into those sinus cavaties that are causing the pain. If you do not have a diffuser, another way is to put a few drops in hot water with a towel over your head. This recipe is really best with the diffuser laying right next to you in bed while you relax. Sometimes, I even use it while using a hot compress on my head. The heat combined with the properties of the oils is so relieving.

Allergy Diffuser Blend:
6 drops lavender - anti-inflammatory
3 drops peppermint - analgesic
6 drops lemon - anti-bacterial
I was sick with an allergy infection almost the entire month of June. I used this blend every single night. Moreso, I rushed home to rest and diffuse it as soon as I got off work. The times I was using it was the only times I had relief.
This is truly a 5-star blend, and someday soon I hope to have the master blend available in the store.
